The 1010 centre is a progressive and sustainable apartment building that provides low-income housing and support for residents to achieve independent living, a positive lifestyle and a community place. The building provides 224 studio and one bedroom apartments and has community spaces on each floor, coin laundry facilities, a large common room, and underground parking. The design is crisp, fresh and detailed to be reminiscent of the historic warehouse district and buildings in the area, while providing a fresh contemporary presence with colours, materials and window patterning.
