Located in NE Calgary adjacent to the McCall Golf Course, the building conforms to its trapezoidal lot by strategic placement of office and warehouse areas. Offices and work areas are located on the second floor, facing the golf course to maximize daylight and views. Care was taken to ensure that staff work and amenity areas were well provided. The interiors featured both natural and man-made finishes to evoke a comfortable, naturalistic setting.
