The project comprises two phases of the Shepard Regional Centre retail and office complex. These were developed in accordance with the architectural guidelines we devised for the centre, and include large box stores for Sounds around, Home Outfitters, and others. We have also included strips of smaller lease areas for other retailers, financial institutions, and restaurants, as well as several office buildings.
